New Build Cleans
All windows/glass are cleaned internally, ensuring any tape, labels, mortar and paint splashes are removed.
Window recesses are vacuumed out and cleaned.
Electrical sockets and fittings are cleaned, removing any marks and paint splashes.
All skirting boards, window sills, floors, stairs and wardrobes are vacuumed.
Airing cupboards and boilers are left dust free.
Bathrooms and WCs are cleaned, removing all surface dust and marks.
Kitchen and utility areas - All cupboards, surfaces and hobs are cleaned, removing dust, labels and adhesive.
Hallways are swept/vacuumed.
External areas, e.g.- porch and garage, are swept.
Any temporary protective covering is lifted during the clean (i.e.- Correx).
Waste/debris is removed according to site regulations.
Home Builder Re-Cleans
A re-clean is a more thorough clean of the property, whereby all surfaces are cleaned to remove dust, dirt and any marks. The property will be left to a standard similar to a sparkle clean; allowing tradesmen to perfect the snagging list provided by the site manager.

Sparkle Cleans
A sparkle clean will leave your customers’ new home in pristine condition. This clean is normally carried out as near to completion day as possible. As part of this service, all areas are checked and re-cleaned in line with the Re-Clean service detailed above.
